As DBT clinicians, it is important that we can identify the needs of our clients. This webinar will identify ways to identify clients who would benefit from DBT-SUD as well as talk about a few of the DBT-SUD skills.
Dr. Sayrs will introduce how DBT can be used to treat clients with substance use disorders, while still maintaining treatment fidelity. This webinar should not replace formal training in DBT-SUD and is only meant to be an introduction.
By the conclusion of this webinar, participants will:
- Identify clients who might benefit from DBT-SUD
- List two attachment strategies from DBT-SUD
- Discuss two skills from DBT-SUD
