DBT-LBC™ is inviting dedicated DBT-LBC™ Certified Clinicians to serve as mentors for our growing Mentorship Program. Volunteers will be fostering future certified providers committed to fidelity to the model, who in turn will provide DBT as it was designed to be delivered to both present day and future clients in need.
Mentors focus on helping clinicians pursuing certification with non-clinical barriers like test preparation, recording sessions, structuring time effectively, and accountability. We work to thoughtfully match mentors with mentees based on identity, background, and interests.
Becoming a DBT-LBC™ Mentor is both free and flexible. There are no fees and no required meeting structure. Mentors and mentees decide together what is reasonable for each of them.
Help us build a community of DBT-LBC ™ certified clinicians to help a community of clients in need. You can apply to be a mentor or a mentee, learn more about the mentorship program here, or email [email protected] to get started.
Thank you in advance for your willingness!
